The Real Aeroclub de España ( RACE ) is setting the stage for the exciting second edition of RACE FEST, a day dedicated to celebrating the passion for aviation. This event, which will take place on March 16th at the iconic Cuatro Vientos airfield in Madrid, promises to be an unforgettable experience for all aviation enthusiasts.
The main purpose of RACE FEST is to promote and disseminate aviation culture in all its forms. From informative talks to the opportunity for the public to experience the thrill of flying through flight simulators, the program is designed to entertain and inspire pilots, families and aviation enthusiasts alike.
Additionally, there will be talks and workshops on various aspects of aviation, as well as a static display of aircraft ranging from small models to historic airplanes. Several companies from the light aviation sector will also exhibit their latest models for sale, where “Flight Design” will show its two models, the CTSLi and the newest addition to the family, the F2.
The event will take place in three main areas: the Ibiza Hall, which will host conferences, exhibitions, and participant stands; an outdoor area where static aircraft will be displayed and a catering area will provide affordable dining options; and finally, the participation of renowned figures from the aviation world, such as experienced pilots and experts, who will share their experiences with attendees.
Moreover, over 40 companies, institutions, and associations from the aviation sector will be present, thus enriching the visitors’ experience and strengthening ties within the aviation community.
